Rinse the dry fungus and soak it in water. If you have enough time, it is recommended to soak it in warm or cold water for about 1 hour.

If time is not enough, you can find a sealed box, pour hot water, close the lid and shake it quickly. Can quickly soak fungus. But the taste is not that good

Tips:
If you don’t have chicken sauce, you can also use oyster sauce, chicken powder and water to enhance the umami and salty taste~
