Black Beer Roasted Duck

1. Wash half of the duck and cut into pieces.

2. Seasoning preparation.

3. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot and add the seasoning to sauté.

4. Add the duck meat and stir fry.

5. Stir fry until the color changes.

6. Put in dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

7. Stir fry evenly.

8. A can of dark beer.

9. Put in dark beer.
