Black-bone Chicken Kelp and Papaya Soup

Dried kelp soaks.

Peel the papaya and cut into pieces.

Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces and soak in cold water for half an hour to purify the blood.

Cut the soaked kelp into pieces.
5.
Put the kelp, black-bone chicken, and 3 slices of ginger into the stewing pot and fill with water.

Put it in a large pot and simmer over water for 1 hour.
7.
After 1 hour, add papaya cubes, continue to simmer for an hour and a half, add salt to taste and serve.
