Black-bone Chicken Medicinal Soup

Buy a black-bone chicken, ask the store to help slaughter it, remove the hair and chop it, and clean it after returning home. (You can't buy live chickens, they are cleaned and sold in the supermarket)

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add black-bone chicken, green onions and ginger. Bring to a boil for a few minutes and then remove the chicken pieces.

Tips:
1. The black-bone chicken is blanched in advance to remove the blood foam and make the soup clearer. If it is troublesome, put it in a casserole and stew it with cold water. When it is boiled, use a spoon to skim the blood foam, but add a little more water. .
2. Be sure to add a sufficient amount of water in advance, the taste of adding water in the middle will be greatly reduced. If it doesn't work, add boiling water.
3. Add salt to taste before serving.
