Recently, I’m busy with work and rarely cook and eat at night, and in summer, I rarely eat greasy and heavy-tasting dishes. Basically, I like to drink juice and stew some soup. The black-bone chicken and winter melon stewed together are really delicious, a classic match, and even if you drink two bowls of soup, you don't have the meat as long as one bowl of rice.

Black-bone Chicken Medicinal Soup

1. The black-bone chicken is slaughtered into a tuft, and salt, cooking wine, and chicken essence are added to it, mix well, and marinate for a while

2. Also cut the winter melon and lotus root into tufts for later use

3. Bought medicated diet stewed chicken ingredients in the supermarket and soaked in boiling water

4. Put the chicken, winter melon, lotus root, and medicinal ingredients into a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, the boiling water is still hot and boiling to make the soup. The pressure cooker simmers for no more than 20 minutes.
