Black-bone Chicken Soup

Ingredients: half a black-bone chicken (too much can not be eaten in one meal, it is not good to cook).

Three slices of ginger, one slice of green onion, red dates, longan, wolfberry and wash.

Boil water, turn to medium-low heat, put black-bone chicken in, do not cover the pot and cook for three minutes, remove and clean.

Put water in the casserole, add the cooking wine and refined salt, stir evenly, and add the black-bone chicken.

Add the red dates, longan, green onion and ginger, boil for three to five hours, and put the wolfberry berries out of the pot.

The finished product actually tastes good, but adding other ingredients is not good.
