Black-bone Chicken Soup---fresh
1.
Remove hair and viscera of black-bone chicken and set aside,
2.
Cut the processed chicken into large pieces,
3.
Star anise, cinnamon,
4.
Take any pot, the casserole is better. My family does not have a soup casserole, so I use a rice cooker instead. Put the cut chicken into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, put the star anise, cinnamon, and ginger into the pot where the chicken is placed. After it is boiled, remove the floating powder.
5.
Simmer on medium heat for 2 hours, adding salt on the way. This is some rice cooker, do not cover tightly, if the cover is tight, it only takes 20 minutes.
6.
In a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
