Black Chicken Soup

Wash the black-bone chicken with running water after buying it.

Pour enough water into the pot, add the washed black-bone chicken, add the chopped red dates, ginger slices and green onions.

After the black-bone chicken is boiled on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, then add the wolfberry, then cook for 5 minutes and add salt.
4.
A bowl of delicious chicken soup is ready.
