Black Classic-oreo Brownie

Beat 4 whole eggs into a bowl, add fine sugar in 3 times, beat with an electric whisk at high speed until fluffy, lift up the whisk and drop a layer of layers.

Put unsalted butter in a pot and cook over medium-low heat until melted

Leave the stove to add the chocolate chunks, stir until melted and combined

Then slowly add the mixture to step one, and stir while adding it until it is evenly mixed.

Mix all-purpose flour with cocoa powder and salt and sieve evenly, add to step 3, stir until there is no dry powder and no particles

After the batter is poured into the deep baking pan, peel the Oreo cookies into small pieces and place them on the surface of the batter

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, fire up and down 180 degrees, bake for 35 minutes
