It's cold and I want to eat some warm meals. What better equipment is there than an alcohol stove. Slowly simmer black corn and pork ribs until they are delicious and soft, then add some cabbage and carrots, pour them into the alcohol stove and eat them while continuing to heat. The dishes are attractive and nutritious. With the alcohol stove, there is no fear that the vegetables will get cold in winter.

Black Corn Pork Ribs Pot

1. Pork ribs under cold water, add sliced ginger and pepper, cook for 20 minutes and remove.

2. Pour in the braised pork ribs sauce, stir well and marinate for one hour.

3. Cut the black corn into pieces.

4. Shred the cabbage and spread it in the bladder of the alcohol stove.

5. Spread the cut black corn in a circle in the inner pot, add a little salt and light soy sauce.

6. Place the marinated ribs in the center.

7. Cover the pot, reduce the heat to minimum, and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Cut the carrots into pieces and place them on top of the black corn.

9. Ignite the alcohol block in the alcohol stove, put the inner pot, and heat for a few minutes to break the carrots.

Tips:

1. If the ribs sauce is relatively dry, you can add some cooking wine to dilute it.
2. The inner pot of the alcohol stove is a casserole, and the ingredients can be heated on the stove.
3. Because the cabbage will produce water, a lower fire will not dry the pot.
