Black Fungus and Yuba Boiled Cured Chicken Legs

1. Ingredients: cured chicken drumsticks (washed and chopped), black fungus (soaked and washed), yuba (soaked)

2. Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.
