This black fungus mixed with melon peel is made by combining watermelon peel and black fungus with a little carrot, and adding simple condiments. The dishes are refreshing and healthy.

Black Fungus Mixed with Melon Peel

1. Peel off the watermelon peel.

2. Cut the watermelon skin into strips, add a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes to remove the moisture in the skin

3. Soak the black fungus in advance, blanch it in the pot and remove it to drain.

4. Cut the black fungus into strips

5. Wash the carrots and cut into strips

6. Put the three ingredients in the container

7. Add salt and stir well

8. Add MSG and mix well

9. Add sesame oil and stir well, then serve on a plate and enjoy

Tips:

If you make it for the elderly and children, you can cook the carrots and melon peels in the pot or fry them, and then mix them with the side dishes. According to personal preference, choose condiments and add according to personal taste.
