Black Glutinous Rice Dumplings

Ingredients: black glutinous rice, undressing mung beans, salted egg yolk, pork belly and zongye cotton string; black glutinous rice, undressing mung beans soaked in water for more than 6 hours.

Soak the zong leaves in warm water for 3 hours.

Cut the pork belly with cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt for 30 minutes; cut the egg yolk into small pieces.

Mix the soaked black glutinous rice with salt and five-spice powder.

Fold the zong leaves into a funnel shape.

Put in the black glutinous rice first.

Then add undressed mung beans, pork belly and egg yolk.

Then add black glutinous rice.

Fold it into a triangle.
10.
Tie tightly with cotton string.
11.
Put the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, and put an appropriate amount of water.
12.
Press for 30 minutes.
