Black Pepper Beef Cubes

Dice beef tenderloin and place in a bowl. (Beef cutting method: cut the cut perpendicular to the beef line, so that the cut meat is more chewy.)

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and freshly ground black pepper.

Mix thoroughly and marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash and dice pleurotus eryngii.
5.
Cut hang peppers and sharp peppers into small sections.

Pour an appropriate amount of Arowana Sunflower Seed Oil in the pot, add the marinated beef cubes, and quickly stir-fry until the surface changes color, remove the oil. (Do not fry beef for too long, otherwise it will taste dry and hard.)

After washing the pot, pour an appropriate amount of Arowana Sunflower Seed Oil, add the Pleurotus eryngii and stir fry until slightly browned.

Add oyster sauce, freshly ground black pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Pour in hang peppers, hot peppers, and fried beef cubes, add salt, and stir-fry out of the pot.

The grains are smelling, so it's super delicious!
Tips:
1. Cut off the part with fascia of beef tenderloin, otherwise it will affect the taste.
2. If you don't have oyster sauce and black pepper, you can also use the ready-made black pepper sauce to taste.
