Black Pepper Beef Fried Rice

One plate of steamed rice, break up.

Cut fresh beef into granules, add black pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and peanut oil, and marinate for ten minutes. Stir fry in a wok.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook rice with Thai fragrant rice and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry.
2. Try not to use soy sauce to make this fried rice, and only use light soy sauce to make the color better.
