A delicious fitness meal for reducing fat. Use organic Roman purple lettuce and organic cucumbers to accompany fried black pepper chicken breasts, purple lettuce, green cucumbers, yellow egg skins, and white tender chicken breasts. All you need is a bag of Kewpie's mixed vegetables. The sauce can be seasoned. One bag at a time is just right, slightly sweet and slightly salty, light and not greasy, making people like it very much.

Black Pepper Chicken Breast Salad

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Ground the chicken breast with black pepper, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for about ten minutes.

3. Wipe the marinated chicken breasts dry, and slowly fry them in a low heat in a frying pan.

4. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and set aside.

5. Wash the romaine lettuce.
