Black Pepper Chicken Cheese Baked Rice

Dice the onion.

Wash and slice fresh shiitake mushrooms, and cut broccoli into small flowers.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little pepper to marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add onions and stir-fry until transparent. Pour in the chicken and stir fry until the surface is slightly yellow.
