Black Pepper Chicken Drumsticks

Chicken leg bones

Add salt, sugar, barbecue sauce, shredded ginger, garlic slices, and pepper and stir well

Add light soy sauce. Grab the dark soy sauce and marinate for at least 2 hours

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the marinated chicken drumsticks (fry with the skin first) until golden

Turn over and continue to fry until cooked

Boil broccoli in a pot for 1 minute to scoop

Put the chicken drumsticks on a plate, add broccoli to garnish
Tips:
When marinating chicken drumsticks, don’t put too much soy sauce, just spread it evenly.
