Black Pepper Chicken Gizzards

Remove fat from chicken gizzards and clean them up.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and knead for 1 minute, rinse with water.

Add cooking wine and ginger slices in boiling water and boil for a few minutes.

Slice it for later use.

Cut the red bell pepper into pieces and the green onion into pieces.

Put the seasoning in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Put the oil in the wok and heat it up, then saute the shallots.

Add chicken gizzards and stir fry.
9.
Add seasoning, stir-fry well, cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
10.
Add red sweet pepper and green onion leaves, stir fry for about half a minute, taste the seasoning, and serve.
