1.
Wash the chicken breast, peel it and cut into small pieces, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little salt, and a little cooking wine to marinate for a good taste.
2.
Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms thoroughly, remove the stems and cut into slices.
3.
Soak the peas in water for ten minutes, rinse and drain the water for later use.
4.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the pasta and two tablespoons of salt, and cook for ten minutes. When the pasta is cooked, remove and drain the water.
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chicken breast and fry until the surface is slightly yellowed.
6.
Add the mushrooms and peas and stir fry until the mushrooms are soft and out of water.
7.
Add three tablespoons of black pepper sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of salt, and a half bowl of water to the pot and stir well.
8.
Stir fry the pasta for two minutes. The pasta is fully coated with sauce and ready to be out of the pan.
Tips:
If you like to eat harder pasta, you don’t need to cook it for 10 minutes.
