New Orleans Black Pepper Chicken Roasted Potatoes, I was worried that potatoes and carrots would be undercooked when they were roasted, and they would be hard when they were roasted! This idea is wrong. Potatoes and chicken are delicious too!

Black Pepper Chicken Roasted Potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the drumsticks and remove the bones

3. After removing the bone, cut into small pieces

4. Add New Orleans powder and ginger juice and mix well

5. Add black pepper to taste, mix well and marinate for 3 hours

6. Carrots and potatoes peeled

7. Cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces, then add black pepper powder and salt to taste

8. Put the carrots and diced potatoes into the baking dish

9. Then put on the marinated chicken

10. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put the chicken in the preheated oven, and bake it for about 25 minutes

11. Take it out for the last 10 minutes, brush with a layer of honey, put it back in the oven, and bake it until cooked

12. After roasting, sprinkle a little white sesame and coriander.

Tips:

1. Don't want to be too spicy, give less ginger juice.
2.10 grams of ginger should be made into ginger juice.
