Black Pepper Cod

Ingredients: cod, eggs, butter, cornmeal, onions, lettuce, carrots

Drip the lemon juice on the cod

Sprinkle the cornmeal evenly on the cod and dip the cornmeal on both sides

The egg is knocked open, beaten up, the cod is covered with egg liquid

Put it in a non-stick pan that has been poured into oil, fry slowly on low heat, and fry until golden on both sides.

Tips:
The cod is fresh and plump, without excessive seasoning. If you don’t like to use fine cornmeal, you can replace it with cornstarch.
