Black Pepper Cod

Ingredients: cod, lettuce, carrot, egg, onion, lemon, butter, fine cornmeal, black pepper.

After the cod is thawed, drip lemon juice on both sides of the cod and spread it evenly by hand.

Spread the cornmeal on both sides of the cod separately.

After the eggs are knocked apart, the cod is covered with egg liquid.

Pour oil in a non-stick pan, fry the cod, and take out when both sides are golden brown.

Finely chop onion.

Shred carrots and lettuce.

Put the butter in the pan.

Add crushed black pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Tips:
If you don't like to use fine cornmeal, you can use cornstarch. Black pepper juice can also be bought ready-made, but it is more economical to make it yourself.
