Black Pepper Dry Pot Shrimp

Wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread. Peel the garlic, slice the ginger, and cut the celery and carrot into long strips.

Put cooking wine, light soy sauce, oily, dark soy sauce, sugar in the bowl, and then marinate the shrimp for more than 30 minutes.

Put oil on the bottom of the enamel pot, then spread the garlic and ginger on the bottom layer.

Put onions, carrots and celery on top.

Spread the prepared shrimp on top.

Pour the marinating broth evenly on top of the shrimp, sprinkle black pepper on top.
7.
Cover the pot on medium heat for 15 minutes.
