Black Pepper Garlic Prawn Skewers

The green prawns can be thawed at room temperature in advance, or they can be thawed in a microwave oven.

After the green prawns are thawed, treat the coriander, remove the roots, wash and drain.

After washing the green prawns, use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water.

Use the back of a knife to pat the garlic into minced garlic. Grab the shrimps with crushed black pepper and salt.

Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan.

Put the shrimp loosely in the pan and fry for one minute.

Then turn the lid over and continue frying for two minutes, open the lid, and drizzle with a few drops of Maggi umami sauce.

Shovel it with a wooden spatula, so that each shrimp is covered with sauce.

Put the cooked shrimp on the plate.

Sprinkle with chili powder and add a few coriander leaves.

Insert a toothpick and it's OK.
Tips:
1. Garlic can be replaced with garlic powder.
2. Shake the bottom of the pan when frying the shrimp, and don't let the shrimp stick to the pan.
3. Eat while it's hot.
4. It is recommended to choose good-quality prawns.
