Pour all the ingredients except water and honey into the meat filling. The meat filling is processed by the meat seller with lean meat;

Put the minced meat in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it out; put greased paper on the baking tray and put the minced meat on it;

Preheat the oven to 180°C, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for 10 minutes;

Take out and brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the pork, turn it over, change it directly to the tin foil, continue to bake it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, and test the dryness after taking it out. If it does not dry, brush it with honey water and bake it 3- 5 minutes;

Tips:
The meat will shrink when roasting, so you don't need to brush too much honey water at a time.
