Black Pepper Steak

Add some black pepper evenly to the beef. (No need to add salt)

Prepare the side dishes and chop the onion into shreds.

Add butter to the pan and heat to melt.

Fry the steak until 8 mature or fully cooked. (The beef is mature and personal)

Beef can be fried to 70% to 80% hot, or it can be fried until fully cooked. If you are afraid that the beef will get old, you can add some dry starch before frying. This will keep the beef tender and fragrant.
