The daily diet is always rich in rough tea and light rice, and steamed buns are one of them. Although unpretentious, but able to support people. Black rice steamed buns are made from black rice and are rich in nutrients.

Black Rice Buns

1. Two handfuls of black rice (about 100 grams)

2. 4 measuring cups of flour (about 500 grams)

3. Two flat spoons of yeast

4. Cooking machine spare

5. Prepare another sieve and bowl

6. Wash the black rice and soak it in warm water for five minutes

7. Put the soaked black rice and water into the cooking machine

9. Sift the crushed black rice to leave the black rice water

17. Then knead into long strips and cut into pieces as shown in the figure

18. Round the cut dough

19. Put it in the steamer and steam it

20. Just steam for 15 to 20 minutes

Tips:

You can also make porridge with broken rice grains without water and milk. It is very nutritious (⊙o⊙).
