Black Rice Buns

Two handfuls of black rice (about 100 grams)

4 measuring cups of flour (about 500 grams)

Two flat spoons of yeast

Cooking machine spare

Prepare another sieve and bowl

Wash the black rice and soak it in warm water for five minutes

Put the soaked black rice and water into the cooking machine

Sift the crushed black rice to leave the black rice water

The broken rice grains left over from the sieve can be used for porridge

Put two spoons of yeast in the black rice water

Stir the yeast until it melts

Put the kneaded dough in a fresh-keeping bag (this will retain the heat)

Put a lid on top to find a hot place to make the dough double the size

Take the made dough out of the bowl, knead the dough and wake up for two to five minutes

Then knead into long strips and cut into pieces as shown in the figure

Round the cut dough

Put it in the steamer and steam it

Just steam for 15 to 20 minutes

Tips:
You can also make porridge with broken rice grains without water and milk. It is very nutritious (⊙o⊙).
