Black Rice Milk Scented Bean Paste

Add black rice to a proper amount of water and mix it into a paste with a cooking machine, then put all the ingredients into the bread machine, set the kneading function, and start it for 15 minutes to become a smooth dough.

Prove for half an hour, the dough is about 1.5 times as big, and the fingers will not recover. Take out the kneading dough.

After kneading into long strips, cut into 50g tablets each, leaving four for making bean paste buns and five for making steamed buns.

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape, add red bean paste and knead it into a bun shape.

Put it in a steamer with warm water for a second fermentation for half an hour.

Let it be cooked on low heat for 5 minutes and then for 5 minutes on high heat. Let’s start eating!

Black rice is sticky, so you don't need too much milk and water, so keep it for yourself.
