Black Rice, Red Dates and Longan Paste

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the black rice, remove the pits of the red dates and cut them into strips with a knife. Remove the shells and pits of the longan to save the longan meat

Pour all the ingredients into the wall breaker and add 500ml of water

After closing the lid and powering on, select the rice paste button, so you don’t need to worry about it

When the time is up, remove and open the lid. Be careful when opening the lid. It will be hot to avoid scalding.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy
Tips:
If you don’t need a wall breaker, you can cook it on an open fire, but the black rice should be soaked overnight
