Black Sesame Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter and black sesame seeds into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then solid (egg, milk, salt, sugar, flour, and yeast in the middle).

Start an iMix mixing program

After 15 minutes of the program, add the softened butter until it is completed for 20 minutes.

Turn on the French bread program, choose 750g, and burn it in a light color.

When the program enters the second mixing, add black sesame seeds until the bread maker has completed one serving and two servings and baking

When the procedure is completed, put on gloves and take out the bread bucket immediately, and pour out the bread to let cool.

Tips:
1. The salt should try to avoid contact with yeast, otherwise it will inhibit the fermentation function of yeast, so put yeast afterwards.
2. The black sesame should be put after the dough has formed gluten, too early will affect the dough gluten.
