Black Sesame Bun

Stir-fry the black sesame seeds and let it cool slightly and stir into powder. Hydrate the yeast at about 40 degrees and let it stand for about three minutes. Then mix the flour, black sesame powder and yeast water, knead the dough and ferment until it is twice as large as the original;

After about two hours, take out the dough and shape it

Cut into about 40 grams, take a knife in the middle, move to the pot, cover the lid and ferment for 20 minutes;

Steam on high heat for 15-20 minutes and take out.
