Black Sesame Candy

Black sesame seeds are roasted, preheated at 100 degrees, sugar and water are added to a low heat to cook

Then pour in maltose and cook until the spatula drips into a large flake, turn off the heat

Then pour in black sesame seeds, mix well, and put salad oil in the mold

Pour in black sesame sugar, then flatten and compact it with oiled plastic wrap

After letting cool, demould and cut into slices.
