Black Sesame Crucian Carp Soup

Remove the internal organs and gills of the crucian carp, dry the water, put three slices of ginger in the fish belly; fry until golden on both sides;

Wash the black sesame seeds, drain the water for later use, and remove the pits of the red dates for later use;

Put about 1000ML of water in the soup pot to boil, then put the fried crucian carp, sesame and red dates into a high heat and boil, then turn to a low heat for about half an hour, and finally add salt and eat!
