Black Sesame Hair Cake

Put the flour, black sesame powder and white sugar in a bowl and stir well. Then add yeast, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

Add water and mix well.

Oil the mold and pour it into the batter. Dip it with water and pat it flat. Place in a warm place and send to 1.5 to 2 times the size

Sprinkle medlar or red dates on the surface.

Boil the water in the pot and put the mold in the cage. Steam for 20 minutes.

Tips:
