The filling of the ham mooncake last time did not match the Cantonese crust. This time I change the recipe and try it again. Black sesame ham, this is actually a modified recipe. When I made it, I was worried, but I didn't expect it to be quite good. "

Tips:

Adding fatty pork will make the taste smooth, and the ham will not feel very chaotic. You can leave it out if you don't like it, but the taste will be affected.

If the filling is too moist, you can add an appropriate amount of cooked glutinous rice flour to adjust.
