Black Sesame Honey Shortbread

Let me talk about the method of sesame filling first: The black sesame seeds I used are cooked, so I grind them directly with a rolling pin. If the pros are not cooked, you can continue to grind them without pouring the oil.

Put the ground sesame seeds into a bowl, then add honey, 10g flour and 10g white sugar (the flour is added to the filling to prevent the sugar from melting and flowing out of the cake when heated).

Next, make the dough, 200g flour, 20g white sugar, 25g vegetable oil, and 40ml water, put it in the bread bucket, customize the dough, and let it smooth for 10 minutes.

Set aside the water and oily skins, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 30 minutes.

When the water and oily skin is loosened, the low-gluten flour and 25g vegetable oil are put into the bread bucket and mixed to form a shortbread dough.

The top is water and oily skin, and the bottom is pastry dough.

Divide the water, oily skin and shortbread dough into 8 small doughs.

Roll out the water and oily skin, put it into the pastry dough, and wrap it up.

Tips:
1. The shortbread cookies I made with this amount of sugar are not very sweet. If you prefer sweet children's shoes, you can increase the amount of sugar.
2. The temperature of the oven must be adjusted according to your own situation~
3. Flour is added to the sesame filling because there is white sugar, the sugar will melt when heated, and it will flow out of the cake if it is not closed well, so the flour is equivalent to a viscous agent.
4. When making shortbread, the practical lard is very fragrant, and the layers are more distinct. First of all, there is no lard in my house (⊙﹏⊙), and secondly, for the sake of health, vegetable oil is used instead. You can use oil according to your own situation.
