Black Sesame Pollock

Stir-fry raw black sesame seeds in a pan.

Crush the black sesame seeds with a food processor or the mortar for crushing garlic.

Add four tablespoons of mirin.

Add two tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of starch water.

Mix everything thoroughly. This picture is still a bit thick. Later, I added some mirin. You have to consider it.

Wash the cod after buying it, and control the moisture. Peel and cut into cubes for later use.

Wrap the fish cubes in the flour and mix the flour evenly

Dip the cod fillet in the black sesame sauce.
