Black Sesame Toast

After kneading everything except black sesame powder and butter into a smooth dough, add butter and knead until a large film is formed, then add black sesame powder and knead well.

After the fermentation is complete, the exhaust gas is divided into 2 parts, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.

Spread black tahini and condensed milk.

Scrape evenly with a scraper, leaving 2 cm on the bottom and 2 cm on each side.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Spray water, dip black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds, and put them in the mold.

After the second fermentation is completed, put it in the preheated oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
I use a pound cake mold for the mold, which can make two in total.
