Black Sesame Toast

Mix the ingredients except butter and black sesame seeds together, knead into a smooth dough, add butter, knead until almost complete, add black sesame seeds and knead well, put in a warm place and ferment to double its size;

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let up for 15 minutes;

Tap the dough to exhaust air and round;
4.
Put the second shot into the water cube mold of the school kitchen;
5.
Put it in a warm place until the mold is 80% full;
6.
Cover the lid and put it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes. It can be released from the mold.
Tips:
1. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature;
2. According to the water absorption of flour and air humidity, increase or decrease the amount of water appropriately.
