Black Tahini Toast

Prepare the ingredients, the bread flour I use is the high-gluten wheat flour in the Arowana Baking Powder. The Arowana Baking Powder is the official designated baking powder for the 2018 China International Family Baking Masters Competition. It uses imported wheat as the raw material and has a strong wheat flavor. Medium and easy to swell and draw, the finished product is soft and delicious;

Pour water and eggs into the bread bucket, put salt and sugar diagonally, and put black sesame paste in the middle;

Pour in bread flour;

Dig a hole in the middle of the bread flour and add dry yeast powder;

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and select the kneading program to start kneading;

Add butter after the kneading program is over, continue to select the kneading program, and after the end, select the fermentation program to start fermentation;

Ferment to double the size, just poke a hole in the middle without shrinking;

Select the kneading program to knead the dough for about 5 minutes to exhaust, and then divide it into three equal parts and round them one by one;

Take one and roll it into an oval shape;

Roll up from top to bottom

Continue to roll out and then roll up;

Put the three doughs into the toast mold after operating them in sequence, with a certain distance between them;

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven for secondary fermentation;

When the fermentation is eighth full, cover the mold lid and put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes;

After roasting, take out and demould, cool until it is not hot, then seal and store, and just slice it when you eat;

The sesame scent is strong and soft and delicious, which is much better than the ones bought outside.
Tips:
1. The temperature of each oven is different, and the baking time is increased or decreased according to your actual situation;
2. My toast mold is 450g;
3. The amount of sesame paste is increased or decreased according to your preference, the more the amount, the darker the color;
4. Fermentation time is generally about 1 hour, and about 1.5-2 hours in cold weather.
