Blanched Pumpkin Tip

Wash the pumpkin tip, boil a pot of boiling water, and pour the pumpkin tip into it after the water boils

Blanch it for a minute, remove it, spread out and let cool, make a juice with vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped chili pepper, pour it on the pumpkin tip and mix well.
