Vegetarian Fried Pumpkin Vine

Pumpkin vine peeled and picked into sections

Wash and set aside
3.
Red pepper and garlic, cut well and set aside
4.
Put oil in the pot, add garlic and saute until fragrant
5.
Add the red pepper and stir fry the pumpkin vine until the color changes
6.
Add salt and chicken broth to taste
7.
Serve it and eat it
Tips:
1. Pumpkin vines generally only pick vine heads, which are relatively tender
2. Be sure to tear off the outer skin
