Tofu Pumpkin Leaves

1. Pumpkin leaves remove the shag of old stems and edge rind.

2. Cut the tofu into chunks.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add cooking wine, and fry tofu until yellow on both sides.

4. Can't afford to cook, add pumpkin leaves and stir fry.

5. The pumpkin leaves become soft, add a little water and bring to a boil. Add sugar and salt to taste. It tastes delicious!
