Tofu Pumpkin Leaves

Pumpkin leaves remove the shag of old stems and edge rind.

Cut the tofu into chunks.

Heat oil in a pan, add cooking wine, and fry tofu until yellow on both sides.

Can't afford to cook, add pumpkin leaves and stir fry.

The pumpkin leaves become soft, add a little water and bring to a boil. Add sugar and salt to taste. It tastes delicious!
Tips:
Take the tender part of the pumpkin leaves and clean the outer hairs.
