The butterfly pea flower is soaked in water or boiled. Turns blue.

Use a colander to remove butterfly pea petals.

5 cups of flour.

Add 5g yeast, this is about 6g milk powder spoon, add eighth full.

Add butterfly pea flower water and mix into noodles.

Tips:
Add more butterfly pea flowers, the color will be darker. My color is slightly lighter.
