Blueberry Avocado Yogurt Muffin

Ingredients: 100 grams of all-purpose flour, 4 grams of baking powder, 1 avocado, 1 egg, 35 grams of sugar, 1 gram of salt, 50 grams of thick yogurt, 15 grams of dried blueberries.

Peel and pit the avocados and mash them in a bowl.

Tips:
The avocado itself contains oil, so no additional oil is used in the batter.
Bake until the surface is slightly yellow, it will be out of the oven. Too dark toasted color will cover up the green color of the avocado.
