Take out the fermented dough, divide it into 65g/pieces, arrange it into a round shape, and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take out the exhaust gas and pack the filling (filling includes: 1 egg yolk, 230 grams of cream cheese, 30 grams of sugar)

After the second fermentation, sift high-gluten flour on the surface and cut out crosses with scissors

Tips:
1. The egg yolks in the dough can also be changed to whole eggs, because I left a lot of egg yolks in the meringue. If it is changed to whole eggs, the amount of liquid should be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation;
2. It is best not to change the egg yolk in the filling to a whole egg, otherwise there will be too much water in the filling. The sugar material can be adjusted according to your own taste. First, beat the cream cheese smoothly, add sugar, and mix well, then you can taste it to adjust the taste. My amount of sugar is not very sweet. After adjusting the amount of sugar, add egg yolk and mix well;
3. When filling the stuffing, put the cream cheese first, then take the washed and dried blueberries and press them into the cream cheese at will. The amount of blueberries is arbitrary, as long as it can be packed in, I put 7-8 pieces in each bread blueberry;
4. The baking time is adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven.
