Blueberry Coconut Toast

1. First put in eggs, milk, 70 grams of water, sugar and salt. Put the sugar and salt in the two corners and keep them away. Add all the flour.

2. Choose two kneading programs, one program of my bread machine is 10 minutes, the dough is well formed, put the lid on, and let stand for 2 hours

3. Check that the dough is in good condition after two hours.

4. Add softened butter and yeast, and continue two kneading procedures

5. After the two procedures, check the state of the film, and a beautiful glove film has appeared

6. Divide the dough into five small doughs of the same size and wake up for 10 minutes

7. At this time, you can just wrap the bread bucket in tin foil

8. The awake dough is rolled into a beef tongue shape, topped with melted butter, and sprinkled with dried blueberries and coconut

9. Divide the dough into four equal parts and cut with a sharp knife.

10. Then put them in the inner liner vertically and arrange two in one row to form two rows.

11. Put it into the bread machine, select the fermentation program, and ferment for 45 minutes. The dough will ferment to twice its size. After the fermentation is over, brush the dough with egg liquid and sprinkle with dried blueberries.
