Pour boiling water into the big tank until the red compartment is no longer

Put in the yogurt fermentation tank with the lid tight

Put the lid on the big bucket and leave it at room temperature overnight or 8~12 hours

Open the lid the next day, the yogurt has solidified, continue to tighten the lid and put it in the refrigerator for several hours

The refrigerated yogurt is more solidified, and a spoon is as hard as tofu.
Tips:
In the process of making yogurt, it is still necessary to maintain sanitation, and the container still needs to be sterilized. Pour the yogurt powder into the cup and shake it directly without mixing with a spoon. My room temperature is 23 degrees.
