Every time I go to a restaurant, I will order blueberry yam. I especially like this bite. There is no yam in the house, so I replaced it with potatoes. It was delicious!

Blueberry Mashed Potatoes

1. Wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and steam them in a steamer. Steam for about 15-20 minutes. You can prick them with chopsticks in the middle. If they can be pierced to the end, it means they are well cooked.

2. Let it dry for a while, peel off the skins of the potatoes while they are hot, and press the potatoes into a puree with a spoon.

3. Add appropriate amount of whipped cream and stir evenly, not too thin.

4. Stir evenly with a silicone spatula.

5. Put the mashed potatoes into the piping bag and choose a suitable piping mouth.

6. Extrude your own desired shape.

7. Sprinkle blueberry jam on the mashed potatoes with a spoon.
